A-TO-Z PROFESSIONAL TEAM CAMP MANAGEMENT
Every service a professional team needs in Istanbul — sporting, technical, accommodation, transport and operations — runs under one programme and one point of coordination, aligned to your season plan and your technical staff’s requests.
Sporting decisions and training content belong to the head coach and technical staff. CAAN coordinates all infrastructure, facility, opponent, transport and organisational needs within the agreed camp scope from a single point — your team arrives in Istanbul with only its roster and technical staff.
ONE PROGRAMME · ONE TEAM
Hotel, court, transport, opponent clubs, health, nutrition, referees, video, laundry and technical-staff coordination — all run through CAAN Camp Operations.
The team does not need to deal separately with different facilities, providers or operators.
SERVICE SCOPE · A TO Z
The scope is built specifically for each team, based on category, squad size, competition level, season period, camp duration, training load, practice-match goals, nutrition and medical needs, and the technical staff’s specific requests.
WHY CAAN?
CAAN is a volleyball network working directly with clubs, federations, coaches and players. The camp programme is designed not merely around court availability, but as a preparation block tailored to the team’s season phase.

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
The camp programme is developed under the sporting guidance of Nejat Sancak — an FIVB Instructor with club and national-team head-coaching experience across three continents. This technical authority underpins the camp’s quality standard, while the final sporting programme and training content belong to the team’s head coach.
International Volleyball Coach · FIVB Instructor
A career of more than 40 years devoted to volleyball. Club and national-team head coaching across Europe, Asia and Africa; a playing background at top-level clubs. An FIVB Instructor since 1997, he has led international coaching courses in more than 25 countries.
“Unless short- and long-term objectives are clearly explained to the players, the training process alone will not produce results.”
Detailed career, coaching record and international experience.

SAMPLE CAMP SCENARIO

Representative scenario — the actual delegation structure, duration and number of matches are planned per team.
WHY A VOLLEYBALL CAMP IN ISTANBUL?
Istanbul’s advantage is more than its volleyball depth. It is a two-continent hub with a dense professional club ecosystem for practice matches, two major international airports, world-class hotel infrastructure and strong medical services — one of the most practical elite training destinations between Europe and Asia.
Schematic access map; not to scale and times vary with traffic. Club areas are indicative; exact opponents and venues are planned at the proposal stage.
Opponent and venue access is planned by camp date, time of day and traffic; route-based estimated times are provided in the team-specific proposal.
THE CITY ADVANTAGE
A single city spanning two continents — convenient connections for delegations travelling from Europe, Asia, the Gulf and North Africa.
Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen provide a high volume of direct international flights, simplifying delegation travel.
One of Europe’s densest professional volleyball ecosystems — several practice-match alternatives within a single camp window.
A broad, high-quality accommodation base with facility options across different standards and budgets — without leaving the city.
Extensive private-hospital and sports-medicine infrastructure supports player health throughout the camp.
Facility and service tiers scale to the club’s budget and delegation size while keeping the full programme in one city.
ONE-CAMPUS SYSTEM
The hotel, volleyball court, performance centre, 50 m indoor pool, meeting rooms and restaurant are within the same campus and within walking distance. This layout reduces programme loss and supports player rest.

COURT & DAILY TRAINING OPERATIONS
The 700 m² professional volleyball court is planned together with its technical infrastructure and daily-use operation. Only verified elements are listed below.
VENUE STANDARDS
Exact court dimensions · clear ceiling height · lighting levels (lux) · HVAC specifications — measured values detailed in the Technical Venue Datasheet (proposal annex).
The full court and facility technical file — playing-area and free-zone dimensions, clear ceiling height, floor type, lighting level, climate control, video points and the full equipment list — is provided as an annex to the proposal. The court shown in this presentation is the venue offered as the priority for this camp programme; should an alternative venue be used, the relevant technical file and current images are submitted for the team’s approval. Equipment outside the standard scope can be provided separately, subject to request and availability.
PRACTICE MATCHES, JOINT TRAINING & ANALYSIS OPERATIONS
The practice-match programme is built considering the team’s level, category, season phase and technical goals. CAAN evaluates suitable opponent profiles, conducts talks with clubs, and manages court, transport, analysis and daily-programme coordination for confirmed matches.
Spectator-open practice match, closed practice match, joint training, or controlled set work focused on rotation, serve-receive and block-defence; planned according to club availability.
Through Istanbul’s women’s (Sultanlar League) and men’s (Efeler League) professional club ecosystem; flexible opponent research with lower-league and youth-team profiles by camp level.
Analysis areas for technical staff and the full team; internet, screen and presentation infrastructure suited to the team’s own video/data systems. Camera positions are planned before the camp.
WHY IT MATTERS FOR YOUR TEAM
Confirmation of a practice match depends on the opponent club’s approval, dates and venue availability; exact matches and dates are finalised at the proposal stage.
VOLLEYBALL-SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY SYSTEM
Performance and recovery areas support strength, power, jump, mobility and regeneration work. Technical and physical content is determined by the team’s own conditioning staff; CAAN provides facility access and programme coordination.
Physiotherapy and sports massage are not included in the standard package; they are planned separately, subject to request and specialist availability. Medical services are provided through authorised health institutions and licensed health professionals; CAAN coordinates these services. Available recovery areas and equipment are detailed in the facility technical file for the camp date.
TEAM ACCOMMODATION, PLAYER REST & NUTRITION
Quiet room placement, technical-staff and player room allocation, and meals adapted to the programme support player rest and daily flow.
Water service is provided according to the training and match programme; a special fluid and electrolyte protocol is considered on request.
SAMPLE CAMP FLOW
The days below are examples. Daily load, court use and recovery balance are created together with the team’s technical and medical staff.
Time ranges are examples; the exact programme is adapted to the team’s season phase and technical staff’s decision.
CAMP MODELS
The models below are a service architecture that shows how the camp is built — not a fixed price package. Final scope and pricing are set in the team-specific proposal.
Accommodation, court blocks, programme-adapted nutrition, airport transfer and on-site CAAN operations.
Core camp plus performance-centre access and a recovery flow planned with the conditioning staff.
Focused on opponent matchmaking, practice-match organisation, match-day transport and analysis.
